Nearly 15 years ago, my cousin and her husband built a beautiful brick home. The traditional southern home has a large wrap around porch with stately white columns. While my cousin was ecstatic to move into this grand home, she was also disappointed. Due to budget constraints, she was unable to build her dream pool.
